Shipping Methods

Roof Rack Shack distributes its good via Star Track Express which is a signed service.

Order Processing

New orders will be processed within 1 business day. If an item has been placed on back order by the supplier we will contact you immediately where you can decided to wait or cancel and refund the order.


We only ship items to mainland states of Australia including mainland Tasmania (islands excluded).


Star Track Express delivery services only offer 1 attempt at delivery to the designated shipping address. Therefore if you or your representative is not present to accept the delivery, you can either set a secure place to leave the package or pick it up from the couriers local depot.

If you have no set a Secure Location for your package, a note will be left with information regarding the Couriers Local Depot for collection.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, the items can be returned to Roof Rack Shack within 14 days of their delivery***. The items must be returned as they were supplied, complete with all the correct parts, packaging and paperwork. Items returned in a ready-to-sell condition will receive a refund promptly, excluding the costs of shipping.

***Roof Rack Shack cannot accept a return if the item has been used, was purchased under special offers or an item was specially ordered in.

Damaged Items

We ask that you check items on arrival. If anything is damaged then the package should be refused. If the items are damaged please Call us on 1800 465 121 and a member of our warehouse team will assist you.

Defective Items

If an item you receive is faulty and in need of exchange for the same item please Call us on 1800 465 121 and we will organize a delivery and pick up.
